阿托伐他汀对冠状动脉介入术患者肝素抗凝疗效的影响

摘要 目的观察ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)冠心病患者介入术前顿服80 mg阿托伐他汀对术中肝素抗凝疗效的影响。方法选取83例行PCI的患者,分为阿托伐他汀高剂量组(40例)和常规剂量组(43例),两组在抗凝前分别给予阿托伐他汀80 mg和10 mg顿服,随后术中给予普通肝素(UFH)。分别于服药前、手术开始后10 min、术后即刻、术后1 h测活化凝血时间(ACT)以及术后2 h检测凝血四项。结果手术开始后10 min及术后即刻高剂量组ACT显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。阿托伐他汀服药前、术后1 h两组患者ACT差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后2 h凝血功能4项两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀能促进肝素起效速度和增加抗凝血功能。
