Observation on implementation and effect of strengthening surgical specimens management

目的探讨手术标本强化管理的方法 ,提高手术标本管理质量。方法针对手术标本管理中存在的问题,制定手术标本强化管理制度,将强化前后的资料进行分析比较。结果强化管理后手术标本的出错率明显降低,较强化前差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术标本强化管理的实施,消除了标本管理中的隐患,使手术标本管理程序化,制度化,规范化。

Objective To explore the methods of strengthening the surgical specimens management and improving the quality of its management. Methods For the existing problems in the management of surgical specimens, we developed a strengthened management system for the surgical specimens. Then we analyzed and compared the data before and after the strengthening. Results The error rate of surgical specimens was reduced significantly after strengthening the management. Comparing to the previous results when the management was not strengthened, the difference was significant（P〈O.05）. Conclusion Implementation of strengthening surgical specimens management reduces the potential danger in the specimen management, and makes the management of surgical specimens standardized.
