Implementation of Universal Table I/O API for Relational Database and Its Application Template

文章提出了一个在Windows NT环境下适用于关系数据库的通用表I／O应用程序接口UTIOAPI，以例说明了UTIOAPI的应用模板。UTIOAPI采用面向对象的设计方法和实现技术，为数据库应用提供了简洁的、独立于DBMS的高层程序设计接口，大大降低了编程的复杂性。

In the paper，a Universal Table I／O Application Programming Interface （UTIOAPI）of Relational Database is presented for Windows NT． And frequently used I／O manipulations are given as a template by example． UTIOAPI is designed by using Object－Oriented techniques． As a brief，DBMS independent and high－level programming interface，UTIOAPI can be used to simplify database application programming greatly．
