摘要
介绍了H .2 61视频编码器的基本原理 ,提出了一种传输缓冲器和量化级自适应控制策略 。
In this paper, the principle of H.261 video code is introduced. The transmission buffer control method and the adaptive quantization strategy are proposed. The real-time transmission of image based on E1 channel is realized.
