Assessment on Information Open and Sharing of Scientiifc and Technical Re-source

从科技发展、科技管理与国家政策制定等需求出发，阐述科技资源信息开放对于国家重点实验室和社会的重要意义，介绍评价原则和评价指标体系，并从总体情况、信息公开程度、网站性能、互动交互能力4个方面介绍评价结果，得出国家重点实验室科技资源信息的开放水平尚处于初级阶段等结论，提出加强开放共享文化建设、将科技资源信息开放作为考核的内容之一、建立开放标准规范等建议。

The paper elaborates the importance of making available the information of scientific and technological （sci ＆amp; tech） resources for the State Key Laboratory （SKL） and the society, from the aspects of sci＆amp;tech development, the needs of sci＆amp; tech management and the requirements of national policies, etc. It gives introduction to the principles of assessment and assessment criteria system, presents the assessment results of relevant information open and sharing, based on the contents of SKL’s websites, in categories of overall situation, the degree of information accessibility, the functions of websites, and the level of interactivity, and derives some ifndings, including the sharing of SKL’s information of sci＆amp; tech resources is still in its primary stage. hTe paper suggests to foster the culture of open and sharing, to make the open and sharing of resource-related information as a criterion of SKL’s performance appraisal, and to develop the standards and norms of sharing, etc.
