邻硝基对甲基苯酚的相转移催化合成

Study on the Synthesis of o-Nitro-p-Methane Phenol by Phase Transfer Catalyst

研究了用季钅盐作相转移催化剂催化合成邻硝基对甲基苯酚 ,在 1 8%的硝酸、 1 .0 g催化剂、反应温度 2 0℃～ 2 5℃、反应 4 5min的条件下 ,获得 70 %以上的产率 .此法具有产率高、易操作、反应条件温和。

The o nitro p methane phenol was studied by using quaternary phosphine salt as phasic transfer catalyst. The method has the advantages of good yield,easy operation, mild reaction, and the catalyst could be reused officiently. In the best reaction condition: HNO 3 (18%),catalyst (1 0 g),reaction temperature (20℃～25℃),reaction time (45 min), can get the good yield (>70%).
