The study of regeneration of Viola diffusa Ging. was carried out. The fit inducing culture media of Viola diffusa Ging. calli which were MS+2,4 D 1 5+ZT 1 0 was sieved out by the experiment L 9(3 4). Four combination of different hormone including ZT 2 0+NAA 0 5、ZT 2 0+IBA 0 5、6 BA 2 0和6 BA 2 0+NAA 0 5 could induce shoots of Viola diffusa Ging.. The fit culture media inducing roots and culturing plants were MS+NAA 2 0+6 BA(or ZT)0 25 or MS+(IBA+IAA)1 0 +6 BA(or ZT)0 25.
