摘要
研究了光纤CO2 气体的传感机理 .根据扰模理论 ,讨论了光纤纤芯和包层与外界介质之间的能量转换关系 ,并用CO2 作扰动气体 ,进行光纤CO2 气体传感实验 ,得到光纤CO2 气体传感灵敏度及回归曲线 .结果表明 ,对于不同的扰动程度 ,光纤传感的灵敏度与扰动有一定的线性关系 .用光纤做成的CO2 气体传感器结构简单 。
The optical fiber CO 2 gas_sensing mechanism is studied in this paper. Based on the theory of optical fiber disturbed mode,the energy exchange relations between the optical fiber core_cladding and the surrounding medium are discussed. A variety of experiments of optical fiber gas_sensing are conducted by using CO 2 as the disturbing gas.The sensitivity and regress ion curve of optical fiber CO 2 gas_sensing were obtained by experiments. The results show that there are linear relation between the sensitivity of optical fiber sensing and disturb if different optical fiber disturb. The CO 2 gas sensor made of optical fibers is simple in its structure and can be applied in many areas.
