The Application and Experience of Mobile Nursing Workstation in the Closed-loop Management of Blood Transfusion

目的:运用移动护理工作站完善输血管理模式。方法:依托医院数字化信息建设系统,结合护理移动平台实时监控输血管理。结果:与输血科室无缝式连接,动态观测血液输注进程、不良反应信息;减少输血护理中的手工记录与交接环节,保证输血安全。结论:提高护理效率,减少差错,实现输血系统护理流程的规范化及输血护理管理的信息化。

Objective：To improve the blood transfusion management mode with the mobile nursing workstation.Method：To monitor the blood transfusion management in real time based on the construction system of digital information of hospital,combined with the nursing mobile platform.Results：The seamless connection with the blood transfusion department is reahzed; the blood transfusion process and adverse reaction information are dynamically observed; the manual record and handover links in the blood transfusion nursing are reduced; and the safety of blood transfusion is ensured.Conclusion：The nursing efficiency is improved,mistakes are reduced,and the.standardization of nursing process of blood transfusion system and the informationization of blood transfusion nursing management are realized.
