Application and Observation of Mobile Nurse Workstation in Adverse Events of Nursing

目的:分析在未使用移动护士工作站发生护理不良事件的类别及原因,以制订有效的预防措施,减少护理不良事件的发生。方法:回顾性分析克拉玛依市中心医院肾病科2012年6月-2014年6月收治的150例肾病综合征患者的临床资料,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,对护理工作中使用移动护士工作站(PDA)前后肾病科发生护理不良事件的情况进行对比。结果:150例病例中发生不良事件的原因依次为查对制度落实不严格、未严格执行护理操作规程、机械执行医嘱或与病人无效沟通、病人安全管理不到位、护上工作负荷和心理压力的负面影响和临床带教工作不严谨等。以医院信息系统为支撑平台,以掌上电脑(PDA)为硬件平台,以无线局域网为网络平台,充分利用医院信息系统(HIS)的数据资源,实现HIS向病房的扩展和延伸,真正实现了对医嘱实际执行的全过程跟踪,保证了护理数据采集、护理任务管理及护理监控的实时性,提高了工作效率,优化了护理工作流程,在使用PDA后不良事件发生率明显降低。

Objective：To analyze the category and reasons of adverse events of nursing in the unused mobile nurse workstation,develop the effective prevention measures,and reduce the occurrence of adverse events of nursing.Method：The retrospective analysis is conducted on the clinical data of 150 patients with nephrotic syndrome received and cured by Nephrology Department of Xinjiang Karamay Center Hospital from June 2012 to June 2014.They are randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The conditions of adverse events of nursing in the Nephrology Department before and after using the mobile nurse workstation （PDA） in the nursing work are compared.Results：In 150 cases,the causes of adverse events include loose implementation of check system,failure to strictly implement the nursing procedures,mechanical execution of doctor＇s advice or ineffective communication with patients,insufficient patient safety management,the negative impact of nurses work load and psychological stress,less rigorous of clinical teaching work,etc.With the information system of our hospital as the platform,with the palmtop （PDA） as the hardware platform,with the wireless local area network （LAN） as the network platform,making full use of the data resources of hospital information system （HIS）,the extension of HIS to the ward is realized.The whole-process tracking of the actual execution of the doctor＇s advice is truly achieved.The real-time performance of nursing data acquisition,nursing task management and nursing monitoring is ensured.The work efficiency is improved,the nursing process is optimized and the incidence of adverse events is significandy reduced after using PDA.
