摘要
目的:为保障医疗行为的真实性、安全性和合法性,更好地保障就诊患者的医疗安全,医院第一个在新疆护理行业中引入了数字认证(Certificate Authority,CA)的管理方式。方法:通过前期护理人员培训、发放个人Key盘,后台设置护士个人信息和护理分级权限,丢失后的管理等。结果:保证了医疗信息传输中的安全性、保密性及信息传送的完整性、可靠性,提高了工作效率和管理水平。
Objective：In order to guarantee the authenticity,security and legitimacy of medical behaviors,and better guarantee the medical safety of patients,our hospital first introduced the management method of Certificate Authority （CA） in Xinjiang nursing industry.Method：Through early nursing personnel training,granting of individual Key disc,background setting of personal information of nurses and nursing grading permission,management after loosing,etc.Results：Security and confidentiality in the medical information transmission and integrity and reliability of information transmission are ensured.Work efficiency and management level are improved.
