摘要
作为教师群体的特殊组成部分,非在编教师生存状况受到研究者的关注,20年间相关研究文献量一度下降,又一度回升。研究成果主要集中在待遇、工作、学习晋升、情感四个层面。但是,发达地区非在编教师生存状况缺乏关注,待遇与工作层面的研究内容需深化,情感和晋升层面的研究相对匮乏,非在编教师的分流策略应该成为关注的重点,个案研究、叙事研究有待加强。
As the special part of teaching staff, non-state-paid teachers have received more attention trom researchers, especially about their living condition. In the past 2 decades, the relevant studies have experienced an uneven process. The research mainly focused on four levels: payment, work, study and promotion, and emotion. However, studies on non-state-paid teachers' living conditions in economic developed regions were rather weak; it is necessary to lucubrate the content in payment and work. Meanwhile, research in emotion and promotion was deficient. Much more emphasis should be placed on diversion strategy of non-state-paid teachers. Case study and narrative research needs to be strengthened.
