摘要
农村学校教师队伍建设是当前我国教师队伍建设的重点难点问题,也是全面提升我国教师质量的重要抓手。其中,农村学校教师的编制、聘任和职称问题,是农村学校教师队伍管理的三个核心问题。但是,当前对于上述问题的研究仍显滞后,亟待深入。
The construction of the teaching staff in rural schools is the key problem of the current situation in the construction of teaching staff in China. The staff management, employment and professional title are the 3 essential problems, which need to be urgently dealt with.
