摘要
人是教育的出发点和归宿,教师自身人文素养教育则是实现"育人为本"的根本保障。当前教育中因教师人文素养教育缺失而导致的教师"目中无人"及"人学空场"之现象令人汗颜。如何加强教师自身人文素养教育已然一个迫切的问题,本文基于对《教师教育课程标准》的反思,从人文的教育理念、人文的课程目标、人文的课程设置三个维度分析探求了教师人文素养教育路径。
Man is the means and ends of the education. Teachers' humanistic quality education is the essential guarantee to realize "people-oriented" education. In current education, the lack of humanistic quality education of teachers has led to the phenomenon of teachers' "arrogance" and "humanity absence". How to strengthen theteachers' humanistic quality education is an urgent problem. Based on the reflection of "teacher education curriculum standard", this paper is to analyze the teachers' humanistic quality education and to seek path from three dimensions of a humanistic education, humanistic curriculum goal and the humanities curriculum.
