摘要
以苏澳培训中心培训计划和实施为例,论述高校教师海外"浸入式"培训的形式、作用及成效,提高培训实效的途径。加强校本培训,节约海外培训成本;高校教师海外培训应满足教师个人不同的培训需求;通过培训,掌握科研前沿,走研训一体化的道路;同时,建立和健全海外培训工作评估制度。
Taking the JEEC Immersion Program as an example, the paper discusses the forms, the effects and the achievements of an overseas training program for college English teachers. Suggestions are made to improve its effectiveness: to strengthen local trainings provided by the colleges which teachers belong to, therefore to reduce the overseas training cost; to meet teachers' personal training needs; to learn the frontal academic research in relevant fields through training; to set up and perfect the evaluation system for overseas training.
