众合手术治疗猫特发性乳糜胸的病例 被引量：3

摘要 乳糜胸是指乳糜在胸膜腔内积聚.发生乳糜胸的动物必须进行全面检查,以确定其根本病因.能确诊病因的病例,治疗方案要针对原发病.然而,很多临床病例都无法确诊病因,因此被称为特发性乳糜胸.特发性乳糜胸的保守治疗方案,包括饲喂低脂肪食物、胸腔穿刺术和苯并呲喃酮（芦丁）的使用.如果保守治疗无效,则必须进行手术治疗,以免发生纤维素性胸膜炎.胸导管结扎术联合心包切除术,是目前治疗犬猫特发性乳糜胸成功率最高的手术方案[1-2].
