摘要
为实现企业自主发电—配电—用电的模式,深入研究电力小网发配电特性,研制开发出一套智能稳控系统,解决电力小网发供电负荷不易控制的难题。本套智能稳控技术分为发电机控制部分、配电负荷控制部分、低周减载备用控制部分三个部分,相互融合的一个整体。该技术应用以来,确保了区域电网的安全稳定性。
In order to realize independent power generation-distribution-consumption of the company, an intelligent power stability control system was developed through deepened study of the characteristics of small scale power generation and distribution system, to solve the problem of difficult control of power supply load in small networks. This intelligent stabil-ity control system is consisted of three parts, i.e. generator control, load control and low-cycle load shedding control, which are integrated into one system. Application of the technology has ensured safety and stability of the local power grid.
