A water entrainment accident in the pressurizing air channel of the 20000 m3/h air separation plant of Tangshan Steel and its immediate treatment are introduced. With failure of the main condenser to remove water the method of local heating was adopted to blow off the moisture in the pressurizing air channel, which resumed normal operation of the equipment.
