摘要 介绍了一种基于低温共烧陶瓷(LTCC)技术的带通滤波器,它采用了一种新型电路结构,具有尺寸小、相对带宽窄、带外抑制特性好以及可调谐等特点。给出了该滤波器的设计方法、仿真结果,并且给出了其在星载合成孔径雷达(SAR)系统射频电路中的应用实例和测试结果。 A new type of band pass filter based on low temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) technology was in- troduced. Applying a new topology structure, the filter was characterized with low profile, narrow relative band- width, tunable frequency and good restraint character. The design method and simulation result of this filter was firstly introduced. Finally, the filter' s application in radio frequency circuits in satellite synthesized aperture radar (SAR) system and the measurement result was presented.
