花岗岩沥青路面抗滑层抗滑性能及耐久性试验研究 被引量:12

摘要 为了研究如何利用地材花岗岩作为抗滑材料,设计出一种具有良好的抗滑构造和抗滑耐久性的级配形式,并有针对性地评价此种级配形式的抗滑性能,采用基于CAVF法和断级配设计理论设计出的一种新型级配GGAC-13,并利用自主研发的搓揉试验装置和激光构造检测仪作为评价其抗滑性能的方法,基于室内试验和试验段展开与传统级配AC-13C的对比试验研究,试验结果表明:搓揉试验机以及激光构造测试仪能够很好地模拟并测试出真实路面的抗滑衰减情况,对抗滑性能及耐久性进行综合评价;GGAC-13级配很好地克服了AC-13C级配的缺点,具有良好的抗滑性能和耐久性。 In order to study granite as an anti-sliding materials, a new gradation with great anti-skid structure and durability is designed. Then a specific assessment of skid resistance performance is put forward to assess this new gradation. The new gradation GGAC-13 was designed according to CAVF method and gap gradation theory. The skid resistance performance was assessed by a self-developed rub experiment equipment and structural-detecting laser apparatus. The laboratory tests and test section was compared with traditional gradation AC-13C. The results showed that the rub experiment equipment and structural-detecting laser apparatus could assess the skid resistance performance and durability comprehensively by simulating and detecting real attenuation of skid resistance performance. Gradation GGAC-13 overcomed the weaknesses of Gradation AC-13C with great skid resistance performance and durability.
