Analysis on hybrid power technology research of construction machinery systems

对推土机匹配使用的油电混合动力总成WX20展开讨论,分析了现代工程机械的耗能高、污染重、噪声大等缺点,指出混合动力工程机械将成为今后工程机械领域发展的主流。探讨了履带式混合动力的技术特点,并针对串联式双侧独立驱动的推土机进行技术分析,指出该项技术对混合动力系统在履带推土机上的应用有着重要指导作用。

WX20,showed in Weichai 2013 business conference,is a hybrid powered power train system developed by the new energy technology center.This paper analyses the disadvantages of traditional construction machinery,whose weaknesses include high energy consumption,heavy pollution and noise.On the other hand,energy becomes scarce more and more in the world and people strengthen their consciousness of environmental protection ever than before.So the hybrid power must be a main stream in the development of construction machinery.This paper discusses the technical characteristics about crawler hybrid bulldozer,and analyse bulldozer with two-side-independent drive system,the technology developed is important for crawler bulldozer industrialization.
