不同浓度赤霉素包衣对芹菜种子萌发效果的影响 被引量:3

摘要 以天津科润蔬菜所芹菜品种‘优文图斯’种子为材料,应用不同浓度的GA3包衣,分析种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数对包衣种子萌发的影响。结果表明,在种子基本芽率较高的情况下,不同浓度的GA3包衣芹菜种子对发芽率没有影响,一定浓度范围内GA3包衣处理芹菜种子对发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数有促进作用,包衣处理芹菜种子最佳GA3浓度为200mg·L-1时,芹菜种子发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数最高。 The celery varieties "Youwentusi" from Tianjin Kernel Vegetable Research Institute was used to study the plant growth regulator GA3 in celery seed coating teehnology applications, and the germination rate, germination index, vigor index, and related indicators of effectiveness were analyzed. The results showed that when the base seed germination rate was higher, the different concentrations of GAs had no impact on celery seed germination rate. A certain concentration of GA3 regulator significantly impacted celery seeds germination vigor, germination index and vigor index. The best GA3 concentration was 200 mg· L^-1, and under this condition the celery seeds germination vigor, germination index and vigor index were the highest.
