摘要
以长治市襄垣县韩村农作物土壤为研究对象,采用"X"形线路对当地玉米地、谷子地、小麦地135个土壤样品进行采集,利用原子吸收分光光度计进行有效钙、铜、铁、锌含量的检测分析。结果表明,对于3种不同农作物,土壤中大量元素钙从高到低的顺序为:谷子地>小麦地>玉米地,微量元素铜、铁、锌全量浓度的顺序为:小麦地>谷子地>玉米地。试验区内不同作物地其土壤金属元素含量无显著性差异。试验样地铜、铁含量适中,锌明显偏高,钙含量缺乏。随着土层深度的增加,金属元素含量在表层(0~40 cm)变化幅度较大,但底层(40~60 cm)元素含量值大于表层。该研究对施肥、现代农业发展和相关作物种植有指导意义。
In this paper, based on the soil of the Hancun Changzhi Xiangyuan County as the research object, 135 soil samples from the local corn ,millet wheat by "X" shaped line were collected, atomic absorption spectrophotometer was used to detect the content of effective calcium,copper,iron,zinc. The results showed that under the three different crops, the order of a large number of elements calcium distribution in soil from high to low was: millet〉 wheat land〉 corn; trace elements copper, iron, zinc full volume concentration distribution order: wheat land〉 millet〉 corn. Soil metal elements content under different crops wasn't significant difference. Copper, iron content was moderate, the zinc was definitely high, calcium was lack. And with the increase of soil depth, the metal element content change in the surface layer (0-40 cm) was bigger, but the underlying (40-60 cm) value was greater than the surface element content. To fertilizing, modern agriculture development, and related crops has certain guiding significance.
