摘要 研究了辽宁电网在经受大扰动或故障而发生大面积停电事故后,辽南电网利用网内自启动能力水电机组启动没有自启动能力的电厂,最终实现整个电力系统恢复正常运行状态的过程,利用PSCAD仿真程序建立黑启动暂态仿真模型,对黑启动方案进行仿真计算,提出了黑启动方案的路径,并通过对黑启动过程中发电机自励磁、过电压、谐振、频率和电压稳定等问题进行了计算和分析,得出太平哨电厂作为黑启动电源条件为启动2台机组,并论证了太平哨电厂作为辽南电网黑启动电源是可行的。 Supposing the blackout of Liaoning power grid under large disturbance or fault, the power system resumes normal operation using hydropower stations with automatically start capability to starts power plants without automatically start capability in southern Liaoning. It sets up black-start transient simulation model using PSCAD simulation program to carry out simulation calculation for the black start scheme. This study presents the path of black-start scheme, and through the generator self-excitation, overvoltage, resonance, frequency and voltage stability problems in the black-start process are calculated and analyzed. Taipingshao Hydropower Plant as the black-start power supply starting two units, the feasibility of which as the black-start power source in southern Liaoning is discussed.
