摘要
采用考马斯亮蓝G-250染色法对菜籽粕中可溶性蛋白质含量进行测定,在波长595 nm处测定其吸光度.实验表明,可溶性蛋白质含量在10~ 100 μg/mL之间呈现良好的线性关系,通过此法测得菜籽粕中可溶性蛋白的平均含量为5.30%.方法简便快速、灵敏度高、重现性好,是测定菜籽粕中可溶性蛋白质的一种有效方法.
We use the dying method of Coomassie brilliant blue G - 250 to determine the protein content in rapeseed meal, and measure the absorbency at the wavelength 595 nm. The experimental results show that the protein content presents a good linear relationship in the range of 10 ~ 100μg/mL. This method has advantages of simplicity, rapidity, high sensitivity and good reproducibility, which is an effective method to determine the soluble protein content in rapeseed meal. The average content of soluble protein in the rapeseed meal is 5.30% by this method.
