摘要 高强度钢的热成型技术可以解决传统成型钢板在汽车车身制造中遇到的诸多问题,而且使车身更加安全环保节能.以某型轿车为例,通过动力显示仿真软件LS-DYNA建立了整车侧面碰撞模型,车门防撞梁模型,B柱加强板碰撞仿真模型,将传统成型钢板和热成型钢板进行仿真对比分析.结果表明,采用2.0 mm热成型防撞梁替换原2.5 mm普通型防撞梁,B柱加强板厚度由1.5 mm降为1.2 mm,整车车身侧面碰撞安全性能大幅提高,新设计车门内凹420.33 mm,比原始设计的426.74 mm显著减小. The hot-forming technology of high-strength steel can be used to solve many issues which the traditional forming steel plates encounter in B1W manufacturing, and makes the body more safety and environmental protection and energy saving. Taking a certain type of car as an example, we use the dynamic explicit simulation software LS-DYNA to establish a complete vehicle side-impact mode, the door anticollision beam model and the B column reiuforcing plate collision model. This paper analyzes comparatively the traditional forming steel plates and the hot-forming steel plates by simulation. The simulation results show that substituting 2.0 mm hot-forming anticollision beam for common 2.5 mm anticollision beam and reducing the B column reinforcing plate thickness from 1.5 mm to 1.2 mm improve greatly the safety performance of the vehicle body during side impact. Compared with 426.74 mm in the original design, the inwardly concave length of the vehicle door in the new design is 420.33 mm which is significantly reduced.
