促进剂CBS装置工艺设计

摘要 在南化公司-南京化工厂资源优化重组项目CBS促进剂装置的异地新建中,经设计改进,装置生产能力由2.5 kt/a提高到5.0 kt/a。技术改造内容包括:放大氧化釜,采用真空抽取进行油水分离;厢式压滤机取代打浆吸滤器和潮品吸滤器;一台蒸馏回收塔改为水相、油相分开蒸馏;改进流化床干燥系统,提高流化效果,减少粉尘扩散,提高生产自动化程度。 In this paper, an improved process Industry Limited Company-Nanjing Industry design of producing accelerator CBS for the Nanjing Chemical Chemical Factory recombining program is introduced. By developing the process design, the throughput would be improved from 2.5 kt/a to 5.0 kt/a. The main content of the improved process involves: enlarging the oxidation reactors and extracting oil from oil-water mixture with vacuum; selecting new box extrusion filters instead of pasty filters and moist filters; selecting a watersolubility distillation padding column and a oil-solubility padding distillation column; improving fluidized bed drying system, which can enhance effects of fluidizing, automatization degree. prevent powder from diffusing and enhance the
