摘要
涂料的透湿性直接影响外墙保温系统保温效果的发挥。当前市场外墙涂料的透湿性能参差不齐,对此国家和建筑行业制定了详细的测试方法供涂料生产企业和使用方进行性能验证。通过对比GB/T17146-1997《建筑材料水蒸气透过性能试验方法》和JG/T 309-2011《外墙涂料水蒸气透过率的测定及分级》关于试验方法的异同,并以市售乳胶漆为例详细介绍了JG/T 309中关于水蒸气透过率的测试方法,证明减重法涂料水蒸气透过率测试具有一定的合理性和可操作性。
Water vapor permeability of coatings has a direct effect on the performance of the exterior insulation and finish system (EIFS). Due to the uneven water vapor permeability of the exterior wall coatings on the market, the government and the construction industry have issued detailed test methods of the performance verification for the manufacturers and users. This article provides a comparison between GB/T 17146-1997 'Test Methods for Water Vapor Transmission of Building Materials' and JG/T 309-2011 'Determination and classification of water vapor transmission rate (permeability) for exterior wall coatings'. Taking testing of latex paint as an example, the test method specified in JG/T 309 is introduced in detail. Additionally, the water method proves to be reasonable and exercisable for the water vapor permeability test of coatings.
