太谷壶瓶枣优树选择研究

Selection Study of Taigu Huping Jujube Plus Tree

在太谷县小白乡、明星镇、侯城乡等9个壶瓶枣地理标志产品保护地开展优树选择研究,结果表明,复选出的12株壶瓶枣优树在产地具有典型代表性。在丰产指标上,12株优树的冠幅产量达0.28 kg/m2,平均株产47.63 kg,表现出优良的丰产性状,其中,2号和11号的冠幅产量较高,均在0.5 kg/m2以上;在果实经济性状上,12株优树枣果的平均糖含量为28.11%,平均VC含量为462.86 mg/100 g,平均可食率为97.71%.对入选的12株壶瓶枣优树的10个性状指标进行统计分析,发现优树表现出显著的变异特征,这种变异将为优树的综合评价、优中选优提供丰富的物质基础。

Selection study of Huping jujube plus tree was developed in 9 geographical indication protected areas in Xiaobai town, Mingxing town, Houcheng town in Taigu county .The results showed that the selected 12 strains Huping jujube plus tree ware typical representative in origin;on yield index , crown breadth yield of 12 strains Huping jujube tree was 0.28 kg/m^2 , average tree yield was 47.63 kg which showed excellent yield character;among them , No.2 and No.11 crown breadth yield were over 0.5 kg/m^2;on the fruit economic characters , average sugar content of 12 strains plus tree was 28.11%, average VC content was 462.86 mg/100 g, edible rate was 97.71%.Statistical analysis of 10 traits indices of selected 12 strains Huping jujube showed plus tree showed significant variation characteristics which could provide rich material basis for comprehensive evaluation and selection of optimization .
