摘要
结合安徽铜南宣高速公路路堑爆破开挖工程实践,探讨了高速公路路堑深孔爆破方案及各技术参数的选取原则。针对爆破过程中出现的岩石块度大、炸药单耗大等问题,通过调整炮孔间排距,采用间隔填塞方式对原有爆破方案进行优化。方案优化后使得能够直接使用机械设备开挖运输的岩石由40%提高到80%,炸药单耗由原来的0.6kg/m3降到0.4kg/m3,经济和社会效益显著。
Combined with engineering practice in hlasting excavation of freeway cutting, the principle of the scheme selection of horizonlal hole blasting for highway cutting excavation and its design method of blasting parameters were emphatcally inlroduced. To solve the problems of large fragmentation and large explosives consumption in construction process, the interval stemming way was proposed to optimize the original blasting. This optimization can in crease the efficiency of direct transport of rock excavation in machinery and equipment from 40% to 80%,while dropping explosives consumption ped from 0.6 kg/m3 to 0.4 kg/m3.
