摘要
随着电火花加工技术的不断发展,混粉电火花加工技术应运而生。本实验使用SEFN450精密电火花成形加工机床,对65Mn钢进行混粉电火花加工,通过实验得到最佳表面处理参数为:峰值电流4A,脉冲宽度3μs,脉冲间隔100μs,二氧化硅粉末浓度为25g/L。并利用正交试验法研究了二氧化硅浓度、脉冲宽度和脉冲峰值对工件表面精度的影响。
With the development of EDM technology, mixed-powder EDM technology has emerged as well. The paper introduces the experiment in which the SEFN 450 machine tools of precision EDM forming are used for the mixed-powder EDM of 65 mn steel. Through the experiment the optimum parameters of the surface treatment are obtained including the peak current of 4A , the pulse width of 3 mu s, the pulse interval of 100μs and the silica powder concentration of 25 g/L. The orthogonal test is then used to study the concentration of silica , the pulse width and the pulse peak impact on the precision of the workpiece surface.
