摘要
分析了跨越式涉路工程项目建设的现状并结合跨越式涉路工程存在的安全问题,提出了在对此类项目的安全性评价时应从架空送电线路杆塔的结构和基础的验算、符合性检验、施工期安全性核查和运营期安保措施等四个方面综合考虑,并阐述了以上四个方面的要点以及它们在安全评价中的必要性。
The article analyses the current situation and safety problems of crossing road transmission line projects,proposes the safety evaluation comprehensive suggestions:review of design scheme,calculation checking of structure and foundation for transmission line tower,safety check during construction period and for safety and maintenance measures during operation period,and elabrates the main points of the above four aspects and their roles in the safety evaluation.
