摘要
基于"相似相溶理论"和"溶解度参数相近原则",通过试验考察生物柴油的加入对乙醇和柴油黏度和溶解度的影响,从极性力作用方面探讨了生物柴油的添加对乙醇/柴油混合溶液的溶解机理的作用.结果表明,少量乙醇可以溶解到柴油中,随着乙醇体积的增加,混合溶液以分层形式存在;混合溶液中乙醇的体积增大,黏度降低;加入生物柴油可以提高乙醇在柴油中的溶解度、增加黏度;生物柴油在乙醇/柴油混合溶液中具有双向亲和作用,生物柴油分子的一端通过氢键的相互作用和乙醇分子结合,另一端通过范德华力的作用和柴油中的烃分子结合,在这两种力的共同作用下,乙醇在柴油中的溶解量增加.
The effects of viscosity and solubility with biodiesel added to ethanol and diesel fuel were studded through the experiment method; this article explores the dissolving mechanism of action of the mixed solution from the aspects of polarity force based on"similar dissolves theory"and"solubility parameter similar principles". The results showed that: small amounts of alcohol can be dissolved in the diesel fuel,with an increase in volume of ethanol,layered form appears in mixed solution; the viscosity of ethanol and diesel decreases with increasing of ethanol and the addition of biodiesel will improve the solubility of the blends,but the viscosity will be increased. Biodiesel is a amphiphilic cosolvent as ethanol and diesel,due to effects of hydrogen bonds and van der Waals force on those molecules,ethanol can be miscible with diesel and biodiesel,under the joint action of two kinds of force,the amount of ethanol dissolved in diesel increased.
