摘要
论述了整车有限元模型的建立过程,计算了整车各阶约束模态和相应振型.通过对比整车在某常用车速下的抖动形式和整车模态有限元分析结果,验证了有限元模型的正确性,提出了结构改进措施,以提高整车一阶扭转频率,从而避免车辆在常用车速下行驶抖动.
The vehicle finite element model is established. Vehicle order constraint modes and corresponding modes are calculated. Comparing the driving jitter in common speed and vehicle modal finite element analysis results,the validity of the finite element model is verified and can be used for engineering research. The structure improvement measures were proposed to improve vehicle firstorder torsion frequency,so as to avoid driving jitter in common speed.
