产业升级背景下高职教育专业结构优化的路径——以广东省为例

Optimization Ways of Specialty Structure in Higher Vocational Education in the Background of Industrial Upgrading——Taking Guangdong province as an example

广东省的高职教育在规模、质量、规格等方面都取得了较大的进步。产业转型和升级对高职教育专业发展产生深远的影响。随着产业结构调整步伐加快，高技能人才匮乏的矛盾也日渐突显。广东省高职教育专业结构还存在诸多问题，据此提出高职教育专业结构优化要适应产业结构，加大对高职院校的支持力度，调整高职院校的专业结构；构建区域高职院校联盟，实现专业教育资源共享。跟踪毕业生调查，及时做好专业或专业方向、课程设置的调整。

Great progress has been made in the scale, quality, specifications and other aspects of Guangdong＇s higher vocational education. Industrial transformation and upgrading have a profound influence on the development of higher vocational education. With the acceleration of industrial restructuring, the lack of talents with high skills has become more prominent. Many problems still exist in the specialty structure of Guangdong＇s higher vocational education. To solve the problems, the paper puts forward the countermeasures that the higher vocational education structure optimization must adapt to the industrial structure, the government must increase the support for higher vocational col- leges, the professional structure in higher vocational colleges should be adjusted; the regional higher vocational colleges alliance should be constructed, the professional education resources should be shared. By tracking graduates survey, the timely of adjustment profession or professional direction and curriculum must be made.
