摘要
上海松江某电子工程项目,工业自来水系统和冲身洗眼器系统的管道安装,经过验收→使用→出现渗漏→整改→使用→又出现渗漏。对此,依据具体情况进行分析研究,从查证资料显示和该工程上的管道渗漏实际情况来看,渗漏的原因在于自来水中的氯离子对奥氏体不锈钢腐蚀所致。
The popes for industrial tap water system and body and eye wash system were installed in an electronic manufacturer in Songjiang, Shanghai, which experienced acceptamce, operation, leakage, repair, operation, and leakage ge once again. The reason of leakage was found caused by corrison of Austenitic ss from chloride ion in tap water, as shown through examination of actual leakage in pipe and data retrieve.
