健康教育路径在高龄肺癌患者中的应用效果 被引量:9

Application of health education pathway in elderly patients with lung cancer

摘要 目的 探讨应用健康教育路径对高龄肺癌患者进行健康教育的效果.方法 将60例肺癌患者采用随机数字表法随机分为两组,每组30例,观察组患者采用健康教育路径进行健康教育,对照组患者采用传统健康教育方法进行健康教育.比较两组患者的疾病认知、住院满意度、术后住院时间、并发症发生率等指标.结果 观察组患者的疾病认知状况掌握、了解、不知道例数分别为19,10,1例,对照组分别为8,15,7例,两组比较差异有统计学意义(U=2.169,P<0.05).观察组患者满意度很满意、满意、不满意例数分别为21,8,1例,对照组分别为6,18,6例,两组比较差异有统计学意义(U =7.427,P<0.01).观察组患者平均住院时间为(7.25±1.34)d,对照组为(11.40 ±4.21)d,差异有统计学意义(t=17.155,P<0.05).观察组患者术后并发症发生率为16.7%(5/30),对照组为43.3% (13/30),差异有统计学意义(x2 =8.556,P<0.01).结论 应用健康教育路径对高龄肺癌患者进行健康教育可以收到良好效果,同时减少了术后并发症的发生,减轻了患者的心理负担与经济负担,提高了患者对护理的满意度. Objective To investigate the effect of health education pathway for elderly lung cancer patients.Methods Totals of 60 cases of lung cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group were treated by health education pathway,and the control group were treated with traditional methods of health education in health education.Disease knowledge,postoperative hospitalization time,satisfaction,and incidence of comphcations of two groups were observed.Results In the observation group,the number cases of disease knowledge master was nineteen,with understand ten and unknown one,that in the control group respectively was eight,fifteen,seven,and the difference was statistically significant(U =2.169,P 〈 0.05).Patients' satisfaction situation in the observation group (very satisfaction twenty-one vs six cases,satisfaction eight vs eighteen cases,dissatisfaction one vs six cases) was significantly higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(U =7.427,P 〈 0.01).While the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group (16.7% vs 43.3%) was lower than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference (x2 =8.556,P 〈 0.01).Hospitalization time was (7.25 ± 1.34) days in the observation group and (11.40 ± 4.21) days in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t =17.155,P 〈 0.05).Conclusions The application of health education pathway in health education of elderly patients with lung cancer can reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,reduce patients' mental burden and economic burden,and improve patients' satisfaction to nursing.
