摘要
海南建设国际旅游岛,急需高素质人才。海南省政府为加快国际旅游岛建设,可采取财政资金注入方式,统筹高等院校、政府和企业资源,创建新旅游人才培育方式,加大人才国际化培养力度,提高人才竞争力。
As an international tourism island under construction, Hainan is badly in need of top-qualities talents. It is argued that, to speed up the construction of intemational tourism island, Hainan＇s provincial government may adopt the capital inflow of the public finance and coordinate resources from universities, governments and enterprises, aiming to establish a new talent training model for tourism, to accelerate the internalization of talent training, and to enhance the competitiveness of the talents
