布拉氏酵母菌治疗新生儿黄疸的临床研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨布拉氏酵母菌在新生儿黄疸治疗中的作用.方法 将108例新生儿黄疸病例按随机分为对照组(给予常规治疗)与观察组(在常规治疗基础上加用布拉氏酵母菌散剂),分别测定两组治疗前后的血清胆红素浓度的变化,分析布拉氏酵母菌在治疗新生儿黄疸中的作用.结果 治疗后第3天血清胆红素水平对照组为(150.5±40.6)μmol/L,观察组为(127.8±48.5) μmol/L,两组的血清胆红素水平的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后第5天血清胆红素水平对照组为(66.0土32.5)μmol/L,观察组为(42.0±26.2)μmol/L,两组的血清胆红素水平的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01).对照组黄疸消退时间平均(5.8±1.4)d,观察组黄疸消退时间平均(4.1±1.1)d,两组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).说明观察组在对胆红素的降低时间和降低程度上都优于对照组.结论 布拉氏酵母菌对新生儿黄疸的治疗具有促进作用,其有利于胆红素的排泄,能够使患儿住院时间缩短,在临床上可用于新生儿黄疸的辅助治疗. Objective To investigate the effect of Saccharomyces boulardii in the treatment of neonatal jaundice.Methods 108 neonatal jaundice patients were randomly assigned to two groups.The control group received conventional treatment while the experimental group received conventional treatment,plus Saccharomyces boulardii powder.Serum bilirubin levels of both groups were detected before and after their treatments,thus to study the effect of Saccharomyces boulardii.Results After a 3-day treatment,the control group had a Serum Bilirubin level of (150.5 ± 40.6) μ mol/L while the experimental group got a level of (127.8 ± 48.5) μ mol/L.The difference was statistically significant at(P < 0.05).After 5 days' treatment,the Bilirubin levels of the control group were at (66 ± 32.5) μ mol/L and those of the experimental group were at (42 ± 26.2) μ mol/L.The difference between both groups was statistically significant at (P < 0.01).An everage Icteric subsidise period for the control group was(5.8 ± 1.4) d while that for the experimental group was (4.1 ± 1.1) d.The difference was statistically significant at(P < 0.05).So Bilirubin levels of the experimental group reduced quicker and better.Conclusion Saccharomyces boulardii has auxo-action to the excretion of bilirubin.It clinically helps to treat neonatal jaundice.
