摘要
文章运用集成化方法对供应链计划问题进行研究;从成本角度集成生产、供应、库存等供应链运营环节;从系统角度选取基于集配中心的二级供应链运作模式作为研究对象,提出了精益供应链的集成计划模型;在该模型基础上,基于实践和理论分析,创新性地把销售节点计划并入制造商的批量生产计划模型中,把制造商的生产计划问题归属于有能力约束的外包生产计划模型,并详细描述运用改进启发式遗传算法对模型进行求解的过程。仿真算例验证了模型和算法的可行性和有效性。
Supply chain planning is researched by using the integration ideas and methods .The produc-tion ,supply ,inventory and other supply chain operations are integrated from the perspective of cost . The operation mode of two-tiered supply chain based on supply hub is selected as the research object from the perspective of system ,and the integration planning model of lean supply chain is put for-ward .Based on this model ,the sales plan is innovatively incorporated into the manufacturer’s batch production planning model ,and the manufacturer’s production plan problem into the outsourcing pro-duction plan model with ability constraint .The process of solving the model by heuristic genetic algo-rithm is described .Finally ,the simulation example is given to demonstrate the feasibility and effec-tiveness of the model and algorithm .
