摘要
钢筋原材和钢筋闪光对焊在试验检测中需要进行抗弯试验,目前常用的角度量测方法为目测,为此不可避免产生一些误差。为此本文根据《金属材料弯曲试验法》GB/T232-2010相关规定编制了试验压头行程与角度关系的应用程序,提高了试验检测的严肃性和准确度。
In the test, the steel raw materials and reinforced flash butt welding requires bending test. In the current, the most commonly used method is visual measurement, so it may inevitably produce some errors. So this paper developed a application program for therelationship between the head displacement and angular according to the relevant provisions in "Metallic Materials Bending Test Method" GB/T232-2010, which improved the seriousness and accuracy of test.
