摘要
本文以3000t沉箱搬运托盘金属结构为分析对象,以Femap&NX Nastran为有限元分析平台,对其预制、横移和纵移三种工况下的托盘强度、刚度进行有限元计算,掌握各工况下的应力分布情况,以达到结构优化,提高产品质量,并提供设计参考。
Taking the metal structure of 3000t caisson handling tray as the analysis object and the Femap &NX Nastran as finite element analysis platform, this paper conducted finite element calculation to the tray strength and stiffness under its prefabricated, traverseand vertical shift conditions, and grasped the distribution of stress under different conditions, to achieve structural optimization, improve product quality and provide design reference.
