浅谈龙东煤矿安全工作闭环管理

On the Closed-loop Security Management of Longdong Coal Mine

龙东煤矿通过实行"事事有人管、管理靠闭环、闭环保安全"的安全工作闭环管理,明确、细化和强化各部门、各单位、各级管理人员及岗位工人在矿井日常各项安全生产工作中的安全责任,注重过程控制管理,促进各项工作落到实处,是防止煤矿事故发生的关键点。本文浅谈一下龙东煤矿安全工作闭环管理的几点做法。

Through carrying out closed-loop security management, Longdong Coal Mine clears, refines and strengthens the responsibility of all departments and units, all levels of management personnel and workers in the daily safety production of the mine. Itpays attention to process control management, and promote the implementatin of each work, which is the key point to prevent coal mine accidents. This article presents some methods of the closed-loop security management of Longdong Coal Mine.
