Exploration of Higher Vocational School-run Factory Mode:Taking Liaocheng Vocational & Technical College as an Example

高等职业院校与校办企业产学研合作教育,是一种以技能人才培养为主要目的,侧重于产学,采取工学交替方法培养人才的教育模式。通过校办企业可以有效解决传统教学模式下的高职教育功能单一问题,有利于学生教育免费机制和产学研一体化的形成。本文以聊城职业技术学院校内工厂吉祥置家网络科技有限公司为例,探讨了校办工厂在校企合作中的作用。

The cooperation education between higher vocational colleges and enterprises is an education mode which takes the training method of ahernating engineering and focuses on production, aims to cultivate skilled talents. School-run factories can effectively solve theproblem of single function of higher vocational education under the traditional teaching pattern; help students form a free education mechanism and integration of production, learning and research. Taking school factory, the Auspicious Home Network Technology Co., Ltd.in Liaocheng Vocational and Technical College as an example, this paper discusses the effect of school-run factories in the cooperation.
