低温自交联型丙烯酸酯无皂黏合剂的制备及应用 被引量:4

摘要 通过改变软硬单体配比、不同交联单体的选择及其用量等,优化了丙烯酸酯无皂黏合剂的合成工艺,即软硬单体配比为1.35∶1.00,交联单体HA为2.0%。将合成的丙烯酸酯黏合剂应用于涂料印花,优化的印花工艺为:涂料3%,自制无皂黏合剂35%,80℃预烘3 min,120℃焙烘3 min。结果表明,印花织物耐干、湿摩擦色牢度和耐皂洗色牢度与市售的涂料印花黏合剂相当。 The synthesis process of self-crosslinking polyacrylate emulsion adhesive are determined by optimizing the ratio of hard monomers to soft monomers, dosages and types of functional monomers and cross-linking monomer as follows: the ratio of hard monomers to soft monomers 1.35 : 1.00, and cross-linking monomer HA 2.0%. The synthesized product is then applied to pigment printing by pad-drycure process of pre-drying at 80 ℃ for 3 min and curing at 120 ℃ for 3 min with pigment 3% and adhesive 35%. Compared with the commercial pigment printing adhesive, the pigment prints with the synthesized adhesive feature the similar color fastness to washing, dry and wet rubbing.
