棉织物的无硅液体精练剂退煮漂一步法工艺

One-step desizing-scouring-bleaching process of cotton fabric with liquid silicon-free scouring agent

短流程是实现印染清洁生产的主要途径之一。采用无硅多功能液体精练剂PC代替常规的粉状精练酶工艺，应用于棉织物退煮漂一步法前处理，不仅能够减少硅垢，改善织物手感，而且明显降低水电汽消耗，减少废水中的含盐量，有利于废水处理。优化的无硅多功能液体精练剂前处理工艺为：PC精练剂30g／L，双氧水浓度（27．5％）10—11g／L，车速80m／min，两浸两轧，轧余率100％，堆置时间为90min，温度100—102℃。由于精练剂PC系液体剂型，化料方便，加料管无堵塞现象。

The advantages of one-step pretreatment process of desizing, scouring and bleaching of cotton fabrics using liquid silicon-free scouring agent PC, instead of traditional powder scouring agent, are reducing silica scale, improving hand feeling, reducing the consumption of water, electricity and steam apparently, reducing salinity of wastewater, that is helpful to wastewater treatment. The optimal application conditions are： scouring agent PC 30 g/L, H202（27.5%） 10-11 g/L, running speed 80 m/min, twice- dip-twice-pad, wet pick-up 100%, dwelling time 90 min, temperature 100-102 %. Liquid scouring agent PC is facilitating to dissolve in water and without clogging of additional feeding tube.
