多功能精练粉TF-120EB集碱剂、渗透、精练、螯合及双氧水稳定剂功能于一体，与常规多功能精练粉一样，适用于全棉织物长车碱氧一浴汽蒸工艺。TF-120EB对全棉纱卡进行碱氧一浴汽蒸前处理的优化工艺为：精练粉TF-120EB30-40g/L，100％双氧水8～15g/L，汽蒸时间40～90min。与市售同类产品相比，TF-120EB具有更优异的渗透性和双氧水稳定性，以及与棉用增白剂良好的同浴配伍性。

The multifunctional scouring powder TF-120EB contains alkali, penetrating agent, scouring agent, chelating agent and hydrogen peroxide stabilizer. It is suitable for continuous alkali-hydrogen peroxide and steaming process in one bath. The optimized process for cotton drills is scouring powder TF- 120EB 30-40 g/L, 100% hydrogen peroxide 8- 15 g/L, and steaming time 40-90 min. Compared with functional scouring powder in the market, the TF-120EB has better penetrating property, higher stability to hydrogen peroxide and better compatibility with brightener for cotton fabric.
