给出一种基于时空数据的交通系统的设计。系统支持多用户的协同操作，并提供智能化的决策帮助。结合两种时空数据建模方法对时空数据综合建模，有力地支持了系统功能，同时介绍了空间推理、协同处理等技术细节。

A spatio-temporal database based traffic system is described in this paper. The system supports cooperation in the real-time environment，also provides intelligent decision-making aid. A new modeling which integrates two different kinds of spatio-temporal modeling methods is introduced in the system. Also this paper discusses several implementation techniques, including spatial reasoning, cooperative and concurrent control.
