小目标图象压缩的研究

Study of the Image Compression Characteristics of Small Targets

由于小目标图象信息的特殊性和重要性 ,因而对其进行压缩及其评价标准也具有特殊性。本文首先分析了通用图象压缩标准存在的问题 ,然后论述了小目标图象压缩评价标准的特殊性 ,并提出了相应的评价指标。针对压缩存在的问题 ,采取特殊的压缩方法及后处理手段 ,得到了较好的效果。

Because of the special property and importance of small targets,there are specific charcateristics on their image compression and evaluation In this paper,the authors present the existing problems of general image compression,and then discuss the specific characteristics of the evaluation standards of image compression and propose the relevant evaluation criteria As for existing problems,special methods are adopted and good results are obtained
