摘要 综述了分子印迹聚合物的制备原理、制备方法,介绍了分子印迹聚合物作为高效液相色谱固定相在分子印迹整体色谱柱、分子印迹填充色谱柱中的应用现状及存在的问题。 The preparation and recognition mechanism of molecularly imprinted polymer was introduced. The application and exist-ing problems at present of MIP as HPLC stationary phase in molecularly imprinted monolithic column and packed column were also discussed.
